The rural location in Doctor Watson's Lane provides a quiet and peaceful setting with views over open fields. It is situated north of the A1214 (Main Road, Kesgrave) ; there is a signpost near the junction of Main Road and Bell Lane, Kesgrave. (For satnav the nearest postcode is IP5 1BL, the O.S. Burial in the cemetery is restricted to those persons who were resident in Kesgrave immediately prior to their death, those who would have been residents but for admission to residential or nursing homes, those who have purchased Exclusive Right of Burial in advance, and those who have regularly attended services at All Saints' Church.

With effect from 1st January 2024, the fees for pre-purchased plots are as follows ; a plot for burial in an earthen grave is £906, and a plot for the burial of cremated remains in a casket is £311.
